Ilana Glotman is a senior Human Resources professional with 18 years of experience in high-tech companies, corporates and startups, in various industries - Intel Corporation, Software Professional Services and AgTech. Ilana brings extensive experience leading People function in the technology sector, implementing HR processes and infrastructures, and building people strategy to support company goals and business needs. Ilana served as a member of company leadership and led the entire employee’s life cycle, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare and Wellbeing. As an experienced HR executive, Ilana brings project management, budget planning, and M&A know-how. Ilana holds MA in Organisational Sociology from Haifa University, BA in Human Resources and Sociology & Anthropology from Haifa University and Coaching Certification from The Israeli Federation for Coaching and Organizational Consulting (ICA).
